چکیده
Wood is a magnificent natural resource that can be regarded as the single most important of future. Eucalyptus camaldulensis and Melia azedarach trees were introduced in Iraq planted ornamental at parks streets. A study branch wood was conducted order to identify its basic properties along different level tree highlight potential utilizations Duhok- Kurdistan Region Iraq. Specimens six three levels (DBH), Diameter half height (D0.5h) top (TL) collected. In both species, physical significantly affected by variation (p<0.05), it found higher value DBHL (diameter breast level) compared with other for density moisture content. The content ranged from (0.681 g/cm3) (89.46%) (0.536 (58.01%) azedarach. There no significant differences lignin or heating among tree. each species are branches, while chemical have slight difference tree's crown. Based on their properties, branches two types used manufacturing processes. Depending value, this obtain best resources efficient use woody biomass

15 صفحه اولNovel design and deployment of orthologous genic SSR markers in Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh
Background Eucalyptus camaldulensis is a widely planted tree species in India, because of its rapid growth and adaptability to dry regions. Genetic improvement through informed breeding of E. camaldulensis largely depends on availability of molecular markers, linkage maps and genome information. Microsatellite markers, also called as simple sequence repeats (SSRs) have wide application due to t...
متن کاملCharacterisation of Adaptive Genetic Diversity in Environmentally Contrasted Populations of Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. (River Red Gum)
As an increasing number of ecosystems face departures from long standing environmental conditions under climate change, our understanding of the capacity of species to adapt will become important for directing conservation and management of biodiversity. Insights into the potential for genetic adaptation might be gained by assessing genomic signatures of adaptation to historic or prevailing env...
متن کاملMelia azedarach Extracts: A Potential Tool for Insect Pest Management
Plant derivatives possessing insect repellent and antifeedant properties could offer an alternative approach for managing crop pests and dealing with insect-transmitted diseases. This chapter summarizes results from studies on insecticidal effects of Melia azedarach extracts from Central Argentina. Extracts from different plant structures (green/ripe fruits, green/senescent leaves) and a variet...
